My passion is to create learning, which meets the target group where they are. This is called situated learning. My experience is that by putting yourself in the shoes of the target group – as a leader and as a consultant – you will create effective learning and sustainable behavioral change.

Based on the knowledge of the target group, I tailor a learning concept, applying the most effective pedagogical tools. E-learning (online courses) and virtual learning (online live training) are the backbone of my learning projects, due to their ability to solve many of the development challenges we face in today’s global companies.
Online learning is effective, it saves money and it’s flexible. If you want to create real change, it should not stand alone. A smile is the shortest distance between two people, and face-to-face training is still a very powerful change agent.
I recommend a blended learning process, using e-learning in combination with real-life meetings. Every concept is tailored to the specific organization’s challenges and culture.
